It is 1993 There were none of these small businesses along the tracks that you see here in this "reversed" picture. Actually I was taking a shot of the tracks headed north, as it was not possible for me to access the southbound side at this location, but if you can pretend that the writing is all normally oriented and all these small business are not there - you will see approximately what I saw in 1993. Oh, by the way,  there was no skyscraper tower at the "Stratosphere" at all.
